Shot 3. First Day of Very Low Calorie Diet. 500 calories today.
Started drinking my water early, had to eat my apple around 9:45 when I first started to feel hungry. Had 1 cup of green tea, steeped with 1 packet of Sweet N Low.
Came home for lunch and had 2 chicken tenderloins, cooked in mixed spices, 1 handful of diced cucumbers w/pepper & pinch of salt, and one piece of melba toast. Had another small apple at 4:30 while in route home from work. Dinner was the exact same.
Had a massive headache that began around 2pm and didn't ease off until after 9pm. Figured it was from my first day of no carbonated sodas. Was actually quite miserable with headache and hunger pains from 6-9pm, and had to make a glass of unsweetened tea with 1/4 of a lemon squeezed in it, and 1 packet of sweet n low. Ate one small strawberry to sooth my sweet tooth and hunger pains. The hunger didn't go away, but it did make me feel better to of eaten something small.
