Day 6

Shot # 6, Day 4 of 500 calorie diet.
Down -.6 pound today, for a total of -6.1
My initial thoughts are that the tomatoes the past 2 days were not the best idea. So today will be cucumbers. Also the mixed vegetables yesterday could be reason for the slow down. I'm not discouraged though. A loss, is still a loss!
So today I am planning a chicken & cucumber day, with an apple and melba toast of course :)
