This was my first no shot day. Loss 2 lbs. For a total of 8.1. Day 5 of VLCD.
Chicken & Cucumbers day. Added some shredded iceburg lettuce w/my cucumbers to add some bulk to my meals. Helped alot. 1 apple and 1 melba. 4 Liters Water. 2 big glasses of unsweetened tea with lemon and sweet n low.
Felt really good today, and wasn't as hungry as I was afraid of being on a no shot day.
